Welcome to BoldTypeNews, a service provided by Bold Type News, Inc. The company Bold Type News, Inc. is referred to as "Bold Type News," "we," "our," or "us" in this agreement. Bold Type News presents content published on the Internet that may be of interest to you using information you provide to us (the "Service"). The Service is offered to you under this Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

5. PAYMENT

If you use any of our paid services, you agree that the service will be charged in U.S. Dollars, to authorize us to continue billing your payment method (including after it has expired to avoid interruptions in your service) at the start of each billing period until you cancel your service, to pay all applicable fees and taxes, and that failure to pay for the service or the fees and taxes may result in the cancellation of your service.

You agree to update your account information whenever your personal or payment information changes (including, for example, your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit/debit card number and expiration date or other payment method information).

You may cancel your service at any time. If you cancel before the end of a trial period, you will not be charged. Billing starts at the end of any trial period and the service will renew automatically unless you cancel prior to renewal. When you cancel your service, we will stop charging your account and your account may be closed at the end of the billing period. Billing periods are typically monthly. You will not receive a refund.

If you want to dispute any charges, you must notify us within seven (7) calendar days after you receive your statement from your bank or credit card issuer. Financial regulations require you to notify your financial institution within sixty (60) days after you receive your statement and report any alleged errors to them within this timeframe.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Bold Type News provides the Service as is.

We provide the Service without any express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not make any representation as to the accuracy, suitability, or completeness of any content provided by the Service or content provided by third parties through the Service.

We do not guarantee any reliability, availability, or speed in delivering the Service. We do not warrant that the Service will be available at all times or in the future. We reserve the right to discontinue the Service at any time. You agree that we have no obligation to store, maintain, or provide you with a copy of your information if we discontinue the Service.

We are not liable to you for lost profits, revenues, data, financial losses, or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

You release Bold Type News and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims and damages, known and unknown, arising out of your use of the Service.

This Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware in the United States.
